The ByteDa creative engine is live! After months of refinement, the Jiniu AI Innovation team has taken its first steady step.

2. [ByteDa V1.1]​

V1.0 was only the warm-up. With V1.1, ByteDa starts to feel truly capable, moving from “usable” to “easy to use.”

  2. Added subscription tiers and benefits management, with Free, Basic, Standard, and Advanced plans.

  4. Strengthened support for multi-scenario creation, completing the flow from model selection and editing to delivery.

3. [ByteDa V1.2]​

Personal use should feel great, and enterprise use should feel dependable. V1.2 is a confidence boost for teams and businesses.

  2. Improved same-style references in the Template Gallery to reduce reference-image interference and improve generation stability.

The home page was rebuilt from the ground up—not for looks, but to save you three clicks.

  1. Completely redesigned the home page for clearer content presentation.
  2. Consolidated the lower-left entry point for faster switching between modes.
  3. Upgraded the top shortcut menu for returning home, creating projects, and working across projects.
  4. Upgraded asset library management with My Assets, Favorites, and Trash.
  5. Added asset filtering, quick reuse, and recovery from accidental deletion.
  6. Added work pinning and automatic switching between Chinese and English.

7. [ByteDa V1.5.1]​

We've figured out images, and videos are next. V1.5.1 takes ByteDa into video creation and expands the creative canvas.

An Agent-powered home page, Skills you can build yourself, and a fresh lineup of models. With V1.6.1, a single prompt gets you started, with a smoother creative workflow and more flexible settings.

  1. Redesigned the home page around Agent interactions, with a unified entry point for images, videos, H5, and Agents, and flexible switching between modalities.
  2. Centralized creative settings for models, styles, aspect ratios, resolution, duration, audio, and more.
  3. Launched the Skill Gallery with official Skills, My Skills, category filters, search and invocation, and pinning for frequently used Skills.
  4. Added support for uploading custom Skills and writing them online, with configurable names, descriptions, icons, and API keys.
  5. Added three new models: Kimi-K3, GLM-5.3, and GLM-5.3-Flash, alongside improvements to exports, H5 version management, MCP, and enterprise management.

10. [ByteDa V1.7]​

Connect assets by dragging, build workflows by drawing connections, and let the canvas organize itself. V1.7 gives your ideas a freeform canvas, expanding creation from individual generations into complete workflows.

  1. Added a freeform creation mode for creating new canvases and managing text, image, video, audio, and other content nodes in one space.
  2. Upgraded image, audio, and text nodes with parameter settings, content editing, aspect ratio and size adjustments, and creation in multiple formats.
  3. Added drag-to-connect asset transfer for quickly establishing references between nodes, with Agent-generated content automatically returned to the canvas.
  4. Upgraded shortcuts: use “@” to upload local files, select assets from the asset library, reference assets in the current project, or invoke installed Skills.
  5. Improved the template community and project asset management with industry and scenario categories, multi-criteria filtering, crop ratio adjustments, and centralized management of previously generated content.
